But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. We don’t offer re-dispatch of required size. In such cases, we will add the paid order value in customer’s KKTRADERS Credit wallet at KKTRADERS for further purchases on our website after the return of the product at our end and if the customer wish to get the payment refund to the source account then we are happy to refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment. In case of COD order, the amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the orderAlso, if ever a delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can report to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. There are few things, which customer needs to make sure before returning the product.
